A well-established GP practice in Derby is looking for a Surgery Manager to lead its day-to-day operations — staffing, rotas, compliance, finance and patient experience — working closely with the partners.
What you'll be doing
- Day-to-day operational management of the practice and its team
- CQC compliance, policies and audit readiness
- Rota, HR and payroll oversight
- Working with partners on budgets and service development
What you'll need
- Practice or healthcare operations management experience
- Working knowledge of CQC requirements
- Calm, organised leadership style
Package
- £40,000–£46,000 depending on experience
- NHS pension
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
