Sean McBarrons co-founded Nothing But Recruitment with his brother Sam in 2017 and has been a recruiter for over 12 years. He studied at the University of Northampton before building his career in recruitment.
Sean focuses on healthcare across all its sub-sectors, and for the last four years has also led NBR's technology and AI recruitment — helping organisations in the UK and US build high-performing teams, and helping candidates find roles they are genuinely excited about.
