Sam McBarrons co-founded Nothing But Recruitment with his brother Sean in 2017 and leads the business as Sales Director. He has more than 14 years in recruitment, including six years as a senior recruiter handling high-volume and niche hiring for public and private sector clients before NBR.
Today Sam leads the delivery of permanent, contract, temporary and ad-hoc staffing across occupational health, NHS and private healthcare, alongside data and AI roles in the UK and USA. He works closely with employers to scope roles, set realistic salaries and timescales, and build long-term partnerships.
His approach is transparent, collaborative and driven by outcomes — the right person, in the right role, for the long term.
