About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse specialising in Labor and Delivery to join our client's esteemed healthcare team. This position is based in a vibrant healthcare facility located in the heart of Seattle, Washington. The successful candidate will be instrumental in providing exceptional care to patients during one of the most significant moments of their lives.
What you will do
- Assess, identify, and implement appropriate nursing diagnoses and care plans for patients.
- Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions effectively.
- Advocate for ethical and holistic care, promoting the autonomy and dignity of patients.
- Facilitate learning opportunities for patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Engage in ongoing professional development and adhere to nursing standards and best practices.
- Lead and coordinate care teams, ensuring collaboration and integration of nursing knowledge.
What we are looking for
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Active Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS and NRP certifications upon hire.
- A minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a Labor and Delivery environment.
- Preferred: National Certification in area of specialty upon hire.
Package
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of £100,000 to £190,000, alongside a comprehensive benefits package that begins on your first day of employment. Eligible external candidates may also receive a £15,000 hiring bonus. Relocation assistance may be available for the ideal candidate.
