About the role
Nothing But Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join our client in the health sector, located in Darlington. This is a part-time, 6-month contract position offering a competitive hourly rate.
What you will do
- Deliver a full Occupational Health service on site
- Conduct health surveillance and occupational health assessments
- Manage cases and perform fitness for work assessments
- Carry out return-to-work assessments and management referrals
- Provide workplace health advice and support to employees and managers
- Offer appropriate clinical advice and recommendations
- Maintain accurate and confidential Occupational Health records
What we are looking for
We are looking for a confident and experienced Occupational Health Advisor who can manage their own caseload effectively. The ideal candidate will possess:
- Previous experience as an Occupational Health Advisor
- Experience conducting health surveillance
- Strong case management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- The capability to work independently on site
- A solid understanding of occupational health best practices and confidentiality
Package
This role offers a competitive hourly rate, with expected hours of 22.5 per week, working on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. On-site parking is available for all employees.
