About the role
A national occupational health provider is looking for an experienced OH Advisor to join its Manchester team, working hybrid with two clinic days a week. You'll run a mixed caseload of management referrals, health surveillance and fitness-for-work assessments across commercial and industrial clients.

What you'll be doing
- Case management of sickness absence and management referrals, producing clear, defensible reports
- Health surveillance programmes: audio, spiro, skin and HAVS
- Fitness-for-work, new starter and safety-critical medicals
- Advising client HR teams on adjustments and return-to-work planning
- Contributing to clinical governance and audit alongside the wider OH team
What you'll need
- NMC-registered nurse (Part 1)
- OH experience in a provider or in-house setting — case management essential
- OH qualification (certificate, diploma or degree) desirable, not essential
- Confident report writer, comfortable working autonomously
- Full UK driving licence for occasional client site visits
Package
- £38,000–£45,000 depending on experience
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
- Pension, private medical insurance and paid NMC registration
