We are seeking an Occupational Health Advisor (Case Management) to join our client, a leading provider of occupational health and wellbeing solutions in the UK. This is a home-based role, allowing you to manage a diverse range of cases while making a meaningful impact on people's lives. What you will do
- Manage a variety of occupational health cases, ensuring high-quality advice and support.
- Work independently and collaboratively within a team, demonstrating flexibility and a strong work ethic.
- Utilise excellent communication skills to build relationships and negotiate effectively with stakeholders.
- Maintain a solid understanding of data protection and occupational health legislation.
What we are looking for
- Degree level education and NMC Part 1 registration.
- Postgraduate qualification in Occupational Health (Degree/Diploma) is essential.
- Experience in case management and providing occupational health advice.
- Strong written and communication skills, along with excellent time management and IT literacy.
- Desirable qualifications include a postgraduate OH qualification on Part 3 of the NMC register or an MSc in an OH-related field.
