About the role
Nothing But Recruitment is excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for an Occupational Health Advisor to join our client, a leading organisation in the healthcare sector, located in Chelmsford. This is a permanent position, offering a competitive salary of £40,000 - £45,000 for 37.5 hours per week.
What you will do
- Provide expert occupational health advice and support to employees and management.
- Conduct health assessments and evaluations to ensure employee wellbeing.
- Develop and implement health promotion initiatives and policies.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance workplace health standards.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.
What we are looking for
- Proven experience as an Occupational Health Advisor or in a similar role.
- Relevant qualifications in Occupational Health.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to promoting health and safety in the workplace.
