We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Manager for an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) role with our client, a prominent organisation within the healthcare sector. This full-time position is based in West Palm Beach, Florida, and offers an exciting opportunity for a skilled registered nurse to lead clinical activities within a critical care environment.
What you will do
- Coordinate clinical activities within the ICU and collaborate with healthcare team members.
- Supervise the care provided by ancillary staff, ensuring high standards of patient care.
- Assume house supervision duties as assigned.
- Utilise critical thinking skills to enhance patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
What we are looking for
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in a clinical setting.
- Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS (AHA).
- Associate's Degree in Nursing or higher.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- No prior management experience is required, but leadership skills are essential.
Package
