The Role
As an Occupational Health Advisor/Nurse, you will provide essential clinical support to employees and liaise with key personnel to ensure the delivery of high-quality Occupational Health services.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct independent medical assessments via phone or in person.
- Perform health surveillance, safety-critical medicals, and biological monitoring.
- Provide travel health advice and support first aiders.
- Coordinate health promotion and wellbeing initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain clinical standards.
- Maintain clinical rooms to the required standard and keep a log of equipment calibrations.
What You’ll Need
- Previous experience in Occupational Health is essential.
- Experience in case management and pre-placement questionnaires.
- Knowledge of health surveillance and safety-critical assessments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage and prioritise your own workload.
