Nothing But Recruitment is seeking experienced Band 5 Registered Nurses to support escalation areas within a leading healthcare organisation. This is an immediate start requirement, and we encourage candidates who are ready to move quickly and are fully compliant to apply.
Rate: £21.00 to £33.00 per hour
The Role
As a Band 5 Registered Nurse, you will be working in escalation areas, supporting patient flow and delivering high-quality care within a fast-paced acute hospital environment.
What You’ll Do
- Provide nursing care to patients in escalation areas.
- Support patient flow and ensure high standards of care.
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to deliver effective patient management.
- Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
- Administer medications in line with NMC guidelines and local policies.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records.
- Escalate concerns appropriately and contribute to safe clinical decision-making.
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centred care in a busy acute setting.
What You’ll Need
- Must be a qualified and experienced Band 5 Registered Nurse.
- Required documentation includes a valid DBS, and a reference from your last placement. Our compliance team will talk you through the process.
- Current NMC registration with no restrictions to practice.
- Recent acute NHS hospital experience.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Full compliance before placement can commence.

- Working pattern: Days only, 07:00 to 19:30, Monday to Friday.
- Assignment duration: Immediate start with ongoing requirement.
