Occupational Health Nurse (Hybrid – Clinic / Remote / Field Based) Full-time
Salary: Up to £44,000 (DOE)
Location: Warrington (WA1) + client sites
Working Pattern: Hybrid – clinic, home, and on the road
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday–Friday
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
The Opportunity
This is a genuinely varied Occupational Health Nurse role within a growing, well-equipped occupational health service that’s investing heavily in both its people and its infrastructure.
You’ll be working across clinic-based services, remote work, and regular client site visits using a fully equipped mobile medical unit. This is not a narrow, repetitive OH role – it’s full remit, hands-on, and trusted autonomy from day one.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Case management and fitness-for-work assessments
- Health surveillance (spirometry, audiometry, HAVS, etc.)
- Vaccinations and phlebotomy
- Drug & alcohol screening and workplace assessments
- Client site visits (travel time paid)
- Health promotion and wellbeing advice
- Maintaining clinical stock and supporting governance standards
- Supporting continuous service improvement and KPIs
- Occasional mentoring of junior staff
What We’re Looking For
- Registered Nurse (NMC) – essential
- Minimum 2 years’ Occupational Health experience
- Diploma or Degree in Occupational Health – essential
- Competent in spirometry, audiometry, HAVS, phlebotomy, vaccinations
- Full UK driving licence
- Confident working independently and managing varied workloads
- Comfortable with travel to client sites
