The Role
As a Registered Nurse in the Cath Lab, you will play a crucial role in assessing patient needs, administering treatments, and ensuring their comfort and safety throughout procedures.
What You’ll Do
- Assess patients before, during, and following procedures.
- Identify and respond to individual patient needs.
- Administer treatments and medications as required.
- Monitor patients closely throughout their care.
- Promote patient comfort, dignity, and safety at all times.
- Support patients through diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures.
- Collaborate with Registered Nurses, cardiologists, and other team members.
- Maintain high standards of clinical care and patient safety.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
- Follow all relevant clinical, safety, and organisational policies and procedures.
