Assistant Psychologist – Home-Based (UK) Full-time
Are you a motivated Assistant Psychologist with experience supporting neurodivergent adults? Join a leading UK provider of occupational health and wellbeing solutions, making a real impact on people’s working lives.
The Role:
As an Assistant Psychologist, you’ll conduct workplace needs assessments, identify and implement reasonable adjustments, and support clients through coaching and training. Most work is remote, but occasional travel across the UK may be required. You’ll work closely with a multidisciplinary team, contributing to high-quality outcomes and client satisfaction.
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct virtual and face-to-face workplace assessments
- Recommend and implement reasonable adjustments for clients
- Deliver coaching and training tailored to individual needs
- Produce clear, professional reports within agreed timescales
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of health professionals
- Contribute to team goals and KPIs
What We’re Looking For:
- First or Upper Second-class (2:1) honours degree in Psychology
- Graduate membership eligibility of the British Psychological Society (BPS)
- Experience supporting neurodivergent adults (Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, DCD, Tourette’s)
- Knowledge of assistive technologies, workplace adaptations, and software packages
- Strong report-writing and collaboration skills
- Neurodiversity Coaching or Assistive Technology training is desirable
- Master’s degree and BPS accreditation advantageous
Hours & Flexibility:
- Full-time (37.5 hours) or part-time (minimum 22.5 hours)
- Core hours: 8am – 6pm, with flexibility
- Home-based with occasional UK travel
