Clinical & Counselling Psychologist – Hybrid Full-time

Our Client, is seeking experienced Clinical or Counselling Psychologists to join our hybrid team, delivering workplace-focused psychological support at JLR’s Halewood site and remotely across the UK.
**The Role:**
This hybrid position combines on-site and remote work, providing one-to-one psychological triage, assessment, and brief, goal-oriented therapy to adults with diverse clinical presentations. You’ll benefit from regular supervision, CPD, and team meetings, plus opportunities to contribute to training programmes, specialist assessments, and mental health workshops.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Deliver evidence-based therapies both face-to-face and via video call
– Conduct specialist assessments (fitness for work, vulnerable role, neurodiversity, cognitive)
– Develop and facilitate mental health training programmes and workshops
– Participate in fortnightly supervision and weekly team meetings
– Create a personalised annual development plan to support career growth
**What We’re Looking For:**
– HCPC-registered Clinical or Counselling Psychologist
– Doctorate / PhD in Clinical or Counselling Psychology
– Experience delivering psychological therapies and brief, solution-focused interventions
– Skilled working with adults; experience with neurodiversity assessments desirable
– Experience in workplace or occupational health settings preferred
– Team-oriented, flexible, and committed to professional development
**Hours & Flexibility:**
– Part-time or full-time: 2–5 days per week (15–37.5 hours)
– Flexible pattern, with requirement to include Tuesday or Thursday team meetings
– Minimum one day per week on-site at JLR Halewood, remaining days remote
