Healthcare Sales Specialist Full-time

The Role

The Healthcare Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving successful enrolment of prospective participants into the PACE programme. This role involves developing relationships and generating quality referrals to enhance community engagement and promote the organisation’s mission.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate and execute outreach and community engagement activities to meet monthly referral and enrollment goals.
• Identify collaboration opportunities with community organisations and act thoughtfully to reflect the organisation’s mission.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with community leaders, including physicians and discharge planners.
• Develop and implement an annual marketing plan to achieve goals in collaboration with the MOEE Director.
• Educate referral sources about the organisations services.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of all relevant components of the MOEE Playbook.
• Comply with marketing practices regulations and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Complete documentation and generate reports in a timely manner using Salesforce and MS Office Suite.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and participate in required training and meetings.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding workload and priorities.

What You’ll Need

• Spanish Speaker Required
• 2+ years of experience in business-to-consumer sales.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Flexibility to adapt to evolving business needs.
• Willingness to work varied schedules, including evenings and weekends.
