Occupational Health Advisor
Location: Acton, London (with travel to surrounding sites)

About the Role
We’re currently recruiting for an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join a leading provider of workplace health and wellbeing services. This is a varied, hands-on role where you’ll play a key part in supporting employee health across multiple client sites.
You’ll deliver a full occupational health service, providing expert advice, assessments, and proactive wellbeing support to both employees and management teams.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct case management appointments and fitness-for-work assessments
Issue fitness certificates in line with professional standards
Provide occupational health advice, education, and support to employees and managers
Carry out health surveillance in line with current legislation
Write reports to GPs and specialists in line with relevant regulations
Respond to client and management queries in a timely and professional manner
Manage workplace medical incidents when required
Support and mentor junior members of the Occupational Health team
Contribute to health promotion and wellbeing initiatives
Maintain accurate and confidential medical records in line with NMC standards
Travel between client sites as required
Requirements
Registered Nurse (Part 1) with a recognised Occupational Health qualification (Degree or Diploma)
Proven experience in case management and occupational health advisory services
Strong understanding of occupational health practices, legislation, and confidentiality
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage a range of stakeholders
Strong attention to detail and report writing skills
Good IT skills and record-keeping ability
Ability to work independently and recognise when to escalate or seek support
