Healthcare Sales Director Full-time

The Role

As a key member of the leadership team, you will guide the Outreach and Enrollment Team, fostering collaborative relationships to promote the organisation’s values and mission.

What You’ll Do

• Achieve gross and net census growth goals.
• Direct and coordinate all marketing, outreach, and community engagement activities.
• Oversee intake and enrollment processes, implementing improvements for efficiency and conversion.
• Track and report on team performance metrics including leads, home visits, enrollments, and use of Salesforce.
• Establish and maintain relationships with referral sources such as senior housing and healthcare facilities.
• Ensure compliance with relevant guidelines and policies while maintaining a seamless enrollment workflow.
• Develop departmental budget and direct performance towards financial goals.
• Collaborate with executive teams to proactively address challenges and report key metrics.

What You’ll Need

• A Bachelors degree in a relevant field is preferred; a minimum of five years of management experience may substitute for educational requirements.
• At least five years of supervisory experience, with two years in senior healthcare services growth/enrollment preferred.
• Strong knowledge and experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Office.
• Experience in a data-driven environment, utilising reports to manage projects and teams effectively.
