We are currently recruiting experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to join a leading healthcare team in Memphis, Tennessee, working within a Medical Surgical / Telemetry setting.

The successful candidate will provide direct clinical care, coordinate patient needs, and contribute to safe and effective nursing practice.

The Role:

As a Med/Surg Tele Registered Nurse, you will:

• Provide direct nursing care to assigned patients on a shift-by-shift basis.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in line with clinical needs.
• Coordinate patient care using a multidisciplinary approach.
• Develop and update individualised care plans as patient conditions change.
• Deliver evidence-based nursing interventions aligned with the medical plan of care.
• Perform procedures relevant to the Med/Surg Tele specialty area.
• Monitor patient progress and support safe clinical outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and complete documentation within patient records.
• Support delegated care activities and collaborate effectively with the wider healthcare team.

Essential Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) licence/permit applicable to the state.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience preferred.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required upon hire.
• ACLS certification required within 3 months of hire.
• CPI certification required within 3 months of hire.
• PALS certification required within 3 months of hire.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing.
• Previous Medical Surgical / Telemetry nursing experience.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
