Clinical & Counselling Psychologist (Hybrid – West Midlands)
Salary: £53,000 – £60,000 per year
Location: West Midlands (Hybrid – minimum 1 day on-site per week)
NBR is delighted to partner with a leading provider of occupational health and wellbeing services to recruit a Clinical or Counselling Psychologist to join their growing team. This is a unique opportunity to work in a hybrid role across dynamic workplace mental health services in the West Midlands.
The Role:
This is a fast-paced, hybrid clinical position offering variety and professional growth. You will provide high-quality psychological assessment, triage, and brief, goal-focused therapy to adults, working both face-to-face and remotely. You will be part of a supportive, clinically led team with access to:
– Fortnightly individual clinical supervision
– Weekly team meetings including CPD sessions, training, peer supervision, and wellbeing initiatives
– Opportunities to develop specialist workplace-focused therapy skills
– Involvement in assessments such as fitness-for-work, neurodiversity, and cognitive assessments
– Designing and delivering mental health workshops
Flexible working arrangements are offered, from part-time (2 days / 15 hours per week) to full-time (5 days / 37.5 hours per week), with some hybrid work required on-site at West Midlands locations.
About You:
– HCPC-registered Clinical or Counselling Psychologist with relevant clinical experience
– Experienced in evidence-based psychological therapies and brief, solution-focused interventions
– Comfortable working with a diverse adult population
– Experience with neurodiversity assessments or workplace-focused interventions is highly desirable
– Committed to professional development and contributing to service innovation
– A team-oriented, collaborative professional
Qualifications:
– Doctorate / PhD in Clinical Psychology
Salary & Benefits:
– £53,000 – £60,000 per year, pro-rata to days worked
