CBT Therapist – Hybrid Full-time
Are you a skilled CBT Therapist looking to make a real difference in workplace mental health? Join a leading psychological services provider delivering high-quality therapy across diverse sectors. Work in a hybrid role, with flexibility to blend home-based and on-site sessions.
The Role:
You’ll provide one-to-one brief, goal-oriented cognitive behavioural therapy to adult clients, working both remotely and at client sites. You’ll be part of a collaborative team of psychologists, counsellors, and CBT therapists, delivering exceptional patient care and supporting workplace wellbeing initiatives.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver high-intensity CBT interventions to a varied adult caseload
- Provide both online and face-to-face therapy sessions
- Contribute to clinical supervision, CPD, and personalised professional development plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on workplace wellbeing initiatives
- Optionally design and deliver mental health workshops or training sessions
What We’re Looking For:
- BABCP accredited CBT Therapist
- Postgraduate Diploma or Master’s in CBT
- Experience providing high-intensity CBT in primary care, workplace, or occupational health settings
- Skilled in working with adults; experience with children/young people desirable but not essential
- Team-oriented, adaptable, and motivated to learn new skills
- EMDR training desirable but not essential
Hours & Flexibility:
- Part-time or full-time, from 2 to 5 days per week
- Hybrid working with minimum one day per week on-site in the West Midlands
- Flexible schedule within service parameters (must include Tuesday or Thursday for team meetings)
- Location:
Hybrid – Home-based and client site in West Midlands
