Radiation Therapist Full-time

Salary: $78,416.00 – $135,907.00

The Role

As a Radiation Therapist, you will play a crucial role in delivering radiation treatments to patients as prescribed by physicians. This position requires adherence to established standards and practices while working closely with the Radiation Oncology team.

What You’ll Do

• Administer radiation treatments to patients in accordance with physician prescriptions.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to departmental policies and procedures.
• Utilise knowledge of healthcare informatics and current medical terminology.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the treatment team.
• Demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving skills in a collaborative environment.
• Ensure compliance with radiation safety principles and regulatory standards.

What You’ll Need

• Associates degree in Radiation Therapy or equivalent.
• Radiation Therapy Certification in good standing.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
