Peripatetic Occupational Health Technician – Oxford & Nationwide Full-time

The Role:
You’ll travel to client sites, conducting health screenings and providing essential biometric data to support clinical decision-making. This is a hands-on, varied role ideal for individuals looking to expand their skills in occupational health within a supportive environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct health surveillance including audiometry, lung function testing, and baseline measurements (height, weight, blood pressure, urinalysis)
- Accurately record and manage occupational health data for clinical staff
- Maintain and service all equipment, ensuring audit-ready standards
- Support health promotion activities and other tasks as required
- Provide data to enable informed clinical decisions and maintain GDPR compliance
- Travel nationally, including regular overnight stays, using a company or personal vehicle initially
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience as a Healthcare Support Worker, Emergency Care Assistant, Ambulance Technician/Assistant, Army Medic, or Sports Science graduate with relevant experience
- Highly motivated, reliable, and self-organised with excellent communication skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid UK manual driving licence, held for at least 12 months, minimum age 21
- Comfortable with regional and nationwide travel, including overnight stays
Hours:
Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, usually 8am – 6pm
Location:
Based in Oxford with travel across the UK
