The home offers a stable, nurturing, and highly structured environment, focused on consistency, emotional security, and positive relationship building.
The approach is child-centred and therapeutic, with behaviour understood as communication and support focused on helping young people feel safe, regulated, and able to progress at their own pace.
This is a small, close-knit service where every member of staff plays a key role in creating stability and positive daily experiences for the young people.
The Role
We are looking for an experienced and confident Team Leader to support the management team in the day-to-day running of the home.

Build positive and trusting relationships with young people
Support the management team with operational duties
About You
NVQ Level 3 / Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
Experience within a children’s residential care setting
Previous experience in a senior support or team leader role (preferred)
Strong understanding of safeguarding and regulatory standards
Confident in leading shifts and supporting staff
Calm, consistent, and resilient under pressure
Strong communication and organisational skills
Passionate about improving outcomes for vulnerable children and young people
Benefits
Salary £33,000 – £35,500
Ongoing training and professional development
Career progression opportunities
Supportive leadership team
Opportunity to work in a small, stable residential environment
The Opportunity
This is a great opportunity for an experienced residential care professional looking to step into or develop within a leadership role.
You’ll be part of a small, focused team where your contribution directly impacts the quality of care and the daily experiences of the young people living in the home.
