The Role

As part of our client’s Graduate Programme, you will work alongside experienced MSK Physiotherapists and a multidisciplinary occupational health team, gaining valuable hands-on experience while receiving structured support throughout your development. You will help employees manage musculoskeletal conditions and support their recovery, health, and wellbeing within an occupational health setting.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct clinical assessments of musculoskeletal conditions under supervision.
• Develop treatment and rehabilitation plans for employees with MSK conditions.
• Support employees in improving function and returning to work safely.
• Maintain accurate clinical records.
• Prepare fitness for work reports and recommend workplace adjustments.
• Assist with Display Screen Equipment (DSE) assessments (training provided).
• Contribute to workplace health promotion initiatives and wellbeing events.
• Collaborate with the wider multidisciplinary occupational health team.
• Engage in the structured Graduate Training Programme, including regular supervision and mentoring sessions.

What You’ll Need

Essential Requirements:

• BSc or MSc Degree in Physiotherapy.
• Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), or eligible for registration.
• Newly qualified or recently qualified Physiotherapist.
• Passion for developing a career in musculoskeletal physiotherapy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organisational and time management skills.
• Comfortable using IT systems.
• A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to professional development.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team.

Desirable:

• Membership of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP).
• Interest in occupational health or workplace wellbeing.
• Knowledge of ergonomics or workplace assessments (full training provided).
