Nothing But Recruitment is excited to present an opportunity for a talented Healthcare Sales Specialist to join a leading healthcare organisation. This permanent position offers the chance to contribute to meaningful outreach and participant enrollment efforts.
The Role
The Healthcare Sales Specialist will play a pivotal role in successfully enrolling prospective participants into a key program by developing relationships and generating quality referrals. As part of the Marketing, Outreach, and Enrollment (MOE) team, you will support outreach and enrollment functions while promoting the organisation’s values and mission.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate and execute outreach, public relations, and community engagement activities to meet monthly referral and enrollment goals.
- Identify and collaborate with community organisations to enhance referral opportunities.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with community leaders and potential referral sources.
- Develop and implement an annual marketing plan to achieve enrollment targets.
- Provide education on the organisations services to referral sources in the community.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of relevant marketing practices and comply with regulations.
- Complete documentation and generate reports accurately and in a timely manner.
- Participate in required quality improvement activities and staff training.
- Communicate regularly with the supervisor and team regarding workload and priorities.
What You’ll Need
- Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin, Cantonese, Vietnamese, Korean, or Hmong is required.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in business-to-consumer sales.
- A minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.
