The Role
The Healthcare Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving successful enrollment by developing relationships and generating quality participant referrals. As part of the Marketing, Outreach, and Enrollment (MOE) team, this role will involve collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders to uphold the values and mission of the organisation.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate and execute outreach, public relations, and community engagement activities to achieve referral and enrollment goals.
- Identify collaboration opportunities with community organisations and execute initiatives that reflect the organisation’s mission.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with community leaders, including physicians and potential referral sources.
- Develop and implement an annual marketing plan to meet monthly enrollment targets.
- Educate referral sources about the services provided by the organisation.
- Maintain compliance with marketing practices and policies.
- Complete required documentation and generate reports accurately and on time.
- Participate in required training and quality improvement activities.
- Flexibly perform assignments as business needs evolve.
What You’ll Need
- 2+ to 5 years of experience in business-to-consumer sales.
- Strong communication skills, with proficiency in Spanish required.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work varied schedules, including evenings and weekends.
