A strong focus is placed on positive routines, healthy lifestyles, and community engagement, with young people encouraged to take part in activities such as sports, walking, fitness sessions, and creative outlets to support wellbeing and development.
Placements may be short or long term, with clear progression pathways including reunification, foster care transition, or preparation for independent or supported living.
