Mobile Health Screener Full-time

Nothing But Recruitment is excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for a Health Screener to join a leading organisation in the sector. This is a permanent role based in West Midlands, ideal for someone looking to advance their career in occupational health and wellbeing.

The Role

As a Health Screener, you will be part of an expanding peripatetic team, driving a Mobile Medical Unit (MMU) to various client sites throughout the UK. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver high-quality health surveillance services, contributing significantly to the health and wellbeing of employees across different industries.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct health surveillance screenings, including audiometry and lung function testing.
• Perform baseline measurements such as height, weight, blood pressure, and urinalysis.
• Accurately record all medical information in occupational health records.
• Maintain and ensure all equipment is clean and serviceable.
• Support health promotion activities and assist the wider occupational health team.
• Provide biometric data to enable informed clinical decisions.

What You’ll Need

• Exceptional time management skills and strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Solid understanding of GDPR and experience in health promotion and health surveillance services.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong organisational skills and the capacity to meet tight deadlines.
• A valid manual UK driving licence and experience in performing baseline measurements.
