The Role

As a key member of the leadership team, you will guide the Outreach and Enrollment Team, while fostering collaborative relationships across the organisation and with external stakeholders. You will play a vital role in promoting the organisation’s values and mission.

What You’ll Do

• Achieve gross and net census growth goals.
• Direct and coordinate all marketing, outreach, and community engagement activities.
• Manage intake and enrollment processes, implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and conversion rates.
• Track and report on team performance metrics related to leads, home visits, enrollments, and eligibility statuses.
• Establish and maintain relationships with referral sources, including senior housing and healthcare providers.
• Ensure compliance with relevant guidelines and policies while maintaining seamless workflow with relevant authorities.
• Develop and manage departmental budgets, collaborating with executive teams to address key metrics.

What You’ll Need

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field is preferred; relevant management experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• Minimum of five years of supervisory experience, with a preference for two years in senior healthcare services growth/enrollment.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce and Microsoft Office.
• Experience in a data-driven organisation, using reports and data to oversee projects and personnel.
