The Role
As an Occupational Health Advisor, you will be integral in delivering occupational health services, supporting colleagues across multiple sites with expert clinical guidance, case management, and proactive wellbeing initiatives. This role is ideally suited for someone who is passionate about improving workplace health and wellbeing.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver occupational health services, including case management, health surveillance, and wellbeing programmes.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to HR and line managers on wellbeing and occupational health matters.
- Use data to analyse trends and develop targeted initiatives aligned with business priorities.
- Support change initiatives and colleague relations to ensure support and communication during organisational changes.
- Collaborate with Health & Safety and senior leaders to review and enhance Employee Health & Wellbeing processes.
What You’ll Need
The ideal candidate will have relevant occupational health qualifications and experience in delivering health services in a corporate environment. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders are essential.
