About the role
We are currently seeking a Health Screener to join our client, a leading provider in the occupational health and wellbeing sector. This exciting opportunity is based in the West Midlands and involves working within a peripatetic team, delivering high-quality health surveillance services across various client sites throughout the UK.
What you will do
- Conduct health surveillance screenings, including audiometry, lung function testing, and baseline measurements.
- Accurately record medical information in occupational health records and ensure it is communicated to relevant clinical staff.
- Maintain and ensure all equipment is clean, serviceable, and fit for purpose.
- Support health promotion activities and assist the wider occupational health team.
- Provide biometric data through screening procedures to aid clinical decision-making.
What we are looking for
The ideal candidate will be a highly skilled and self-motivated professional with excellent time management and communication abilities. A solid understanding of GDPR is essential, along with experience in delivering health promotion and surveillance services. Candidates with backgrounds as Healthcare Support Workers, Emergency Care Technicians, or Sports Science graduates are encouraged to apply. A valid manual UK driving licence is mandatory.
Package
This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from £25,000 to £27,000 per annum, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
