About the role
We are currently seeking a Health Screener to join our client, a leading provider in the occupational health and wellbeing sector. This exciting opportunity is based in Bristol and involves travelling across the UK to deliver high-quality health surveillance services through a Mobile Medical Unit (MMU). This role is perfect for an enthusiastic individual looking to expand their skills in a supportive environment.
What you will do
- Conduct health surveillance screenings, including audiometry and lung function testing.
- Record medical information accurately in occupational health records.
- Maintain equipment to ensure it is clean and serviceable.
- Support health promotion activities and assist the wider occupational health team.
- Provide biometric data to aid clinical decision-making.
What we are looking for
The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated professional with strong time management and communication skills. A solid understanding of GDPR is essential. We welcome applications from individuals with experience as a Healthcare Support Worker, Emergency Care Assistant, or similar roles, as well as graduates in Sports Science with relevant experience.
A valid manual UK driving licence is required, along with the ability to travel regularly, including overnight stays.
Package
The salary for this role ranges from £25,000 to £27,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our client offers a comprehensive benefits package, including:
