The small print
Reward: a voucher worth £100–£250 depending on the role, sent once the person you referred has been placed by NBR and completed 12 weeks in the role.
The person must be new to NBR — not already registered with us or in process for the role.
You cannot refer yourself, and NBR employees are not eligible.
Please get your friend's permission before sharing their details. We will contact them once, and only go further with their agreement.
One reward per placed candidate. If two people refer the same person, the first referral counts.
NBR may change or end the scheme at any time; our decision on rewards is final.
