Make a Real Difference
When you step into one of our client’s services, you’re becoming part of something truly impactful. It’s a place the young people call home—a space where your involvement can shape lives. From showing up with a smile to offering a listening ear, you’ll be providing the stability and care these young people need to thrive.
As a Residential Care Worker, you’ll play a key role in supporting young people aged 8-18 with a range of emotional, social, and mental health needs. You’ll help create the best possible outcomes and give each of them the opportunity to reach their full potential.
Your Role:
Support the young people in getting ready for their day—whether that’s preparing for school or an outing to the park
Maintain the homely feel of the service—help with tasks like cleaning, homework, and meal preparation
Spend quality time with the young people, engaging in fun activities like playing video games, board games, or taking trips
Complete necessary paperwork and planning to ensure care plans are followed
Foster a positive, caring environment to support the young people’s development
Though the days can be long, your work will have a lasting and meaningful impact on their lives.
