NBR is actively recruiting an EEG Technologist for a hospital in Mayfield, Kentucky. What You’ll Be Doing
This is a hands-on role that involves performing a variety of neurological and cardiopulmonary diagnostic procedures, working closely with patients, providers, and interdisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities include:

• Performing EEG studies and other diagnostic procedures as ordered
• Reviewing clinical data and determining the appropriateness of testing
• Assembling, calibrating, and maintaining neurodiagnostic and cardiopulmonary equipment
• Accurately documenting findings and maintaining patient records
• Communicating test results and key information to physicians and healthcare staff
• Supporting onboarding, education, and training efforts within the department
• Ensuring age-appropriate care for all patients across the lifespan

Requirements

• Registered Electroencephalographic Technologist (R.EEG T.) by ABRET – preferred
• Graduate of an Electroneurodiagnostic Program, AMA-approved Respiratory Care Program, or 2+ years clinical experience performing EEGs – preferred
• RDCS (Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer – ARDMS) or Registered Cardiovascular Technologist – preferred
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification – or must obtain within 60 days of hire
• Bachelor’s degree – preferred
