We’re recruiting for an experienced Qualified Social Worker to join an integrated community mental health team. This role sits within a supportive, multi-disciplinary environment, where you’ll be making a direct impact on adults’ lives through a blend of assessment, intervention, and long-term care planning.

Based in East London
The role includes:
Carrying out brief interventions and assessments with service users
Undertaking core assessments and short-term keyworking
Providing long-term keyworking for clients under CPA (Care Programme Approach)
Supporting the team by covering Duty rota when required
What you’ll need:
Social Work qualification and Social Work England registration
Background in adult social care, ideally within mental health services
Solid understanding of legislation, safeguarding, and the Care Programme Approach
Ability to work flexibly within a multi-disciplinary team
