Salary: $93,600.00 to $104,000.00

The Role

What You’ll Do

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and establish appropriate goals for patients.
• Develop and implement personalized interventions, including therapeutic exercises and manual techniques.
• Educate patients on injury prevention, ergonomics, and rehabilitation strategies.
• Supervise and delegate tasks to physical therapy assistants and support personnel.
• Continuously monitor and document patient progress, modifying plans as necessary.

What You’ll Need

• A degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• A Physical Therapist License in the relevant state.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or the ability to obtain it within 30 days of hire.
• Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• The capability to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
