Nothing But Recruitment is currently working with a leading healthcare provider to recruit an experienced Occupational Therapist to join their Inpatient Rehabilitation team in Medford, Oregon.

This is an excellent opportunity for an Occupational Therapist looking to join a supportive hospital environment focused on delivering high-quality, patient-centred care.

The Role:

As an Occupational Therapist, you will provide skilled occupational therapy services to patients with a wide range of diagnoses and disabilities. You will be responsible for assessing patients, developing treatment plans, and delivering interventions that support independence, recovery, and improved quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete occupational therapy assessments and evaluations
• Develop and implement individualised treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic interventions to support patient independence
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
• Support patients with a variety of physical, neurological, and age-related conditions
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy programme
• Active Oregon Occupational Therapist licence (or eligibility)
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)
• Experience within an inpatient, acute care, or rehabilitation setting preferred
