The Role
As an Occupational Health Advisor (Case Manager), you will play a vital role in managing sickness absence referrals and providing consultations and reports. You will be supported by clinical trainers and your line manager to ensure your personal and professional development.
What You’ll Do
- Manage a diverse range of cases focusing on sickness absence referrals.
- Conduct consultations and write reports.
- Work collaboratively with a team to enhance employee wellbeing.
What You’ll Need
- NMC registration, ideally part 3 with a postgraduate OH qualification.
- Degree level education.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to multitask and work to tight deadlines.
