Healthcare Sales Specialist Full-time

Nothing But Recruitment is excited to present an opportunity for a Healthcare Sales Specialist to join a leading healthcare organisation. This role is pivotal in fostering relationships and driving participant enrollment in a crucial programme, contributing to the well-being of the community.

The Role

As a Healthcare Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for executing outreach initiatives and building relationships with various stakeholders to successfully enroll prospective participants. You will play a key role in the Marketing, Outreach, and Enrollment (MOE) team, aligning with the organisation’s mission and values.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate and execute outreach and community engagement activities to meet referral and enrollment goals.
• Identify collaboration opportunities with community organisations and implement strategies that reflect organisational values.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with community leaders and potential referral sources.
• Develop and implement annual marketing plans in conjunction with the MOE Director.
• Educate referral sources about the organisation’s services.
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of relevant operational procedures.
• Ensure compliance with marketing practices and maintain confidentiality in all communications.
• Complete documentation and generate reports using Salesforce, Athena, and the MS Office Suite.
• Participate in Quality Improvement activities and adhere to organisational policies.
• Communicate regularly with your team regarding workload and priorities.

What You’ll Need

• Fluency in Spanish is required.
• 2+ years of experience in business-to-consumer sales.
• High School Diploma or equivalent minimum education.
• Flexibility to work varied schedules, including evenings and weekends.
