Rate: £23.08 per hour PAYE / £31.80 per hour Limited/Umbrella
Additional Benefits:
45p per mile business mileage
Up to £150 per week accommodation allowance
The Role
We’re seeking an experienced Children’s Social Worker to join a dedicated team supporting children with disabilities. You’ll be working in a fast-paced environment where your knowledge, skills, and experience will have a direct impact on the lives of children and families.
You will work collaboratively with a range of professionals to ensure the voice of the child is always heard and that families receive the best possible support.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a complex caseload, ensuring statutory duties are met
Support children with disabilities and their families through tailored interventions
Work closely with colleagues from multiple professions to provide a holistic service
Contribute to ongoing service improvement and development initiatives
About You
Fully qualified (DipSW, CQSW, CSS, or equivalent)
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in statutory social work
Confident in managing complex cases and supporting children with additional needs
Committed to improving outcomes for children and families
Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
