NBR is recruiting on behalf of a leading occupational health provider for an experienced Occupational Health Advisor Team Leader. This is an excellent opportunity to lead a small multidisciplinary clinical team, delivering high-quality occupational health and minor treatment services while fostering a positive and collaborative team culture.
The Role:
You will oversee a clinical team of nurses and technicians, ensuring exceptional service delivery and compliance with professional standards. Key responsibilities include:
– Leading and managing a clinical team, including recruitment, induction, and competency reviews
– Delivering OH services and minor treatments as clinical lead
– Supporting audits and maintaining compliance with professional standards
– Collaborating with stakeholders across multiple sites and attending operational meetings
– Presenting monthly MI and KPI data to commercial and operational teams
– Coordinating workplace wellbeing initiatives
About You:
– Registered General Nurse with SCPHN and Part 3 NMC registration
– Leadership experience in a multidisciplinary OH team
– Experience in A&E, case management, vaccinations, or mentoring OH students is desirable
– Strong communication, time management, IT literacy, and knowledge of OH legislation
– Flexible, self-motivated, and committed to high standards of service
Hours & Location:
– Full-time: 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm (flexibility required)
– Onsite across multiple London locations; travel expenses within TFL zones covered
Salary & Benefits:
– Up to £42,000 per year, dependent on qualifications and experience
