Occupational Health Nurse Full-time

Location: Client Site (Details Provided Upon Application)
Hours: Part-Time (Monday – Wednesday, 8:00am – 4:00pm)

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Occupational Health Nurse to join a multidisciplinary team. This role involves delivering high-quality clinical services, health surveillance, and wellbeing initiatives while collaborating with other healthcare professionals and external organizations.

The position is ideal for someone with prior occupational health experience and a passion for promoting workplace health and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting health surveillance and managing escalations from Occupational Health Technicians.
• Providing professional advice, support, and guidance to employees and managers.
• Assessing new clients presenting to occupational health services.
• Determining individuals’ fitness to work for specific roles.
• Conducting clinical assessments for clients presenting with minor illnesses and injuries.
• Supporting the Senior Occupational Health Advisor in advising, monitoring, and assessing the clinical practices of the team.
• Ensuring clinical assessment skills are up-to-date and aligned with best practices.

Skills and Experience Required:
Experience working in A&E or intensive care settings.
Excellent knowledge of occupational health and employment legislation.
Registered Nurse (Part 1) with valid NMC registration.

Education and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or Occupational Health.
Diploma in Occupational Health (preferred).
