Emergency Treatment Nurse Full-time

Our client, one of the UK’s largest health providers, is seeking a qualified Emergency Treatment Nurse to join their busy Medical/Urgent Care centre at Hinkley Point C in Bridgwater, Somerset. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment at a site that operates 24/7. The role requires flexibility to work shifts, including both days and nights, offering a varied and rewarding experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

As an Emergency Treatment Nurse, you will deliver critical care and medical services in a hands-on role. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing emergency response for trauma and medical emergencies on site.
• Offering walk-in treatment services for injuries and illnesses.
• Conducting health surveillance and occupational health medicals.
• Performing drug and alcohol testing.
• Administering cannulation when required.

What You’ll Have

To succeed in this position, you’ll need the following qualifications and experience:

• NMC Registered Nurse status.
• Proven experience in Accident & Emergency (A&E) settings.
• An Immediate or Advanced Life Support Qualification.
• A valid UK Manual Driving License.
