We at Nothing But Recruitment are working with a local authority to bring in an experienced Qualified Social Worker to support the Children, Family & Education team. This role has been created to provide additional capacity, so you’ll be stepping into a supportive environment where your expertise will make an immediate difference.
What you’ll be doing:
Managing a caseload of children and families in line with statutory requirements.
Undertaking assessments, care planning, reviews, and safeguarding work.
Working closely with families, carers, and partner agencies to deliver the best outcomes for children.
Contributing to the wider team and organisational goals within Children’s Social Care.
What we’re looking for:
Qualified Social Worker with current Social Work England registration.
Previous experience within children’s services (statutory/local authority background ideal).
Strong assessment, report writing, and safeguarding skills.
Ability to manage a varied caseload with resilience and professionalism.
Pay Rates:
PAYE: £21.16 per hour
Umbrella/Limited: £26.37 per hour
