Physiotherapist Part-time

We at Nothing But Recruitment are currently seeking a skilled and experienced MSK Physiotherapist to join one of our highly regarded clients’ multidisciplinary teams. This role offers the chance to contribute to an exceptional occupational health service, working part-time onsite.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified professional to expand their expertise in a supportive and dynamic environment, with the flexibility to choose your working days (Monday to Thursday).

Role Details:

-Part-time position, 22.5 hours per week.

-Flexible working days, Monday to Thursday.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate clinical assessments, diagnoses, and treatments.
• Classify musculoskeletal disorders into work-related categories.
• Prepare management reports on fitness to work and recommend any role adjustments required (short-term, long-term, or permanent).
• Lead onsite exercise classes for employees with musculoskeletal injuries.
• Collaborate effectively with the wider occupational health team.
• Conduct DSE (Display Screen Equipment) assessments and offer preventative advice.
• Provide recommendations for workplace adjustments or equipment following DSE assessments.
• Identify workplace hazards and evaluate risks of musculoskeletal health issues.
• Conduct ergonomic risk assessments with safety advisors to identify and mitigate risks.
• Offer advice on workplace changes to support employee health and wellbeing.
• Support effective rehabilitation for employees with musculoskeletal conditions.
• Maintain detailed assessment and treatment records.
• Collect data for reports and contribute to health promotion events.

Required Skills and Expertise:
-Proficiency in conducting comprehensive and ergonomic assessments.
-Strong skills in face-to-face workplace assessments, including DSE assessments.
-Experience in delivering workshops and health promotion activities.
-Knowledge of musculoskeletal conditions, injuries, and treatment strategies.
-Excellent report-writing and risk assessment capabilities.
-Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
-IT proficiency, with a strong commitment to patient confidentiality and GDPR compliance.

Education & Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy (essential).
-Master’s Degree (preferred).
-HCPC registration (essential).

Salary:
-Competitive salary range of £34,000 to £42,000 pro rata, depending on experience and qualifications.
-Relocation cost assistance may be available, if required.
