Are you a dedicated and skilled Registered Mental Health Nurse seeking an exciting opportunity?
On behalf of our client, we are recruiting for a Band 6 Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join their Initial Response Services team in Lancashire. This role is crucial in delivering high-quality mental health care and ensuring effective risk assessment and management within a dynamic 24/7 service.
Key Responsibilities:
Keyworker to manage a caseload for Older Adults with varying mental health issues, co-morbidities, and complex presentations, including:
-Carrying out assessments, reviews, interventions, and completing discharges alongside relevant documentation to support.
-Proficiency in the use of RiO documentation.
-Administering depot injections.
-Completing multi-disciplinary reviews in the community and inpatients on Mental Health Act sections.
-Liaising with relevant members of the multi-disciplinary team and external agencies to support patient care.
Pay Rates:
Days: £22 – £26 per hour
Nights/Saturdays: £30 – £34 per hour
Sundays/Bank Holidays: £38 – £44 per hour
Requirements:
-Professional qualification as a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN).
-Proven experience in mental health risk assessment and management.
-Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations within a 24/7 service model.
-Strong communication skills to liaise with multidisciplinary teams and external agencies.
-Commitment to delivering person-centered care in line with best practices.
