Occupational Health Case Manager Full-time

Location: Remote (UK-based only)
Hours: Full-Time, 40 hours per week (8am – 6pm, Monday to Friday)
Salary: £43,000 – £45,000 per annum (FTE)

Role Overview:
An exciting opportunity is available for a skilled Occupational Health Case Manager to join our clients Workplace Health Team. In this remote role, you will provide expert occupational health services to support employees and managers, enabling effective attendance management and return-to-work processes.

This role involves delivering a flexible mix of 20–45-minute appointments throughout the day, ensuring service delivery aligns with client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct 45-minute case management consultations, offering evidence-based advice on attendance, fitness for work, and occupational health matters.
• Produce professional, evidence-based written reports, including recommendations on workplace adjustments and return-to-work plans.
• Coach line managers to manage employee attendance effectively and submit quality referrals.
• Process Pre-Placement Questionnaires (PPQs) and support the team’s triage function.
• Provide expert advice on legislative requirements and best practices in occupational health.
• Work as part of a team, offering clinical supervision and support where necessary.
• Maintain up-to-date NMC registration and adhere to professional guidelines for continuous development as a registered healthcare worker.

Skills and Experience Required:
Expertise in Case Management and occupational health services.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of employment legislation, GDPR, and occupational health best practices.
Proficiency in conducting risk assessments and promoting workplace health.
IT proficiency and strong time management skills.
Commitment to CPD and a proactive approach to sharing industry knowledge.
Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
