Are you a passionate Clinical or Counselling Psychologist looking to make a meaningful impact in workplace mental health? Join and deliver high-quality psychological assessment and therapy to employees across the UK, from the comfort of your home.
**The Role:**
You will provide one-to-one psychological triage, assessment, and brief, goal-oriented therapy to adults presenting with varied clinical challenges. This fast-paced, remote role is supported by regular supervision, CPD, and team meetings, with opportunities to develop specialist skills, deliver neurodiversity assessments, and contribute to mental health training programmes.
**What You’ll Do:**
– Deliver evidence-based psychological therapies and brief interventions remotely
– Conduct specialist assessments (fitness for work, vulnerable role, neurodiversity, cognitive)
– Design and deliver mental health workshops for clients
– Participate in fortnightly supervision and weekly team meetings for CPD, peer support, and self-care
– Develop specialist capabilities and shape innovative workplace psychological services
**What We’re Looking For:**
– HCPC-registered Clinical or Counselling Psychologist
– Doctorate/PhD in Clinical or Counselling Psychology
– Experience delivering evidence-based therapies remotely
– Skilled working with adults; experience with children/families desirable
– Experience in workplace or occupational health settings preferred
– Team-oriented, flexible, and committed to professional growth
**Hours & Flexibility:**
– Part-time or full-time: 2–5 days per week (15–37.5 hours)
– Flexible working pattern with requirement to include Tuesday or Thursday team meetings
